Retailers: If consigned and unsold, we require pieces returned undamaged or business is responsible for buying the piece outright at wholesale price. We do encourage customers to sit down and try out the furniture, but scratches to chair legs or table tops are the responsibility of the store to keep from occurring. If wineshop tasting causes any damage, same policy applies. Floor samples are the pieces that will be sold.
